When you register, AV will provide you with the identity of the airline(s), known at that time, likely to operate your flights. In case of modification, after your registration,

AV undertakes to inform you of any changes in the identity of the air carrier(s) as soon as it becomes aware of them before your departure. AV is committed to ensuring that all airlines operating from France are authorized by the relevant administrative authorities to serve French territory. The European list of banned airlines can be consulted at http://ec.europa.eu/transport/ air-ban/list_fr.htm or requested from AV. Flight schedules may vary up to a few days before departure, depending on traffic authorizations issued by the relevant authorities. To avoid any risk of confusion between different notices, we will only provide you with timetables confirmed by the company. Please note that any flight can take place at any time on the day of your trip, from midnight onwards, and may sometimes require you to check in at the airport a few hours before the start of that day, up to a maximum of 3 hours before.

CGV ALIZOA

6.2. Conditions of carriage
The airline’s general and special conditions of carriage are available on the airline’s website or on request.
In accordance with the Warsaw Convention, the airline may modify schedules, routes, departure and arrival airports without prior notice. In view of the

conditions applied by the airlines (scheduled or charter flights), if the passenger fails to check in for the outbound flight or one of the flights in a series of flights (air pass), the return flight or other flights in the series will be automatically cancelled by the airline. The passenger must then purchase a new ticket(s) at his or her own expense, depending on the availability of seats, in order to continue his or her journey. If, in the event of modifications by the company, in particular due to technical, climatic or political incidents outside AV, delays or cancellations or strikes outside AV, additional stopovers, changes of aircraft, route, political or climatic events, the passenger decides to cancel the trip, he/she will be charged the cancellation fees mentioned in article 4 above. AV will not reimburse expenses (cabs, hotels, transport, catering, etc.) once the customer is under the airline’s protection. In the event of a delay in transportation to or from the trip and/or damage to or loss of baggage, denied boarding (overbooking) and/or flight cancellation by the airline, we recommend that the traveler retain all original documents (tickets, boarding passes, baggage vouchers, etc.) to enable him/her to assert his/her rights against the airline, and to request any written proof from the airline in the event of denied boarding (overbooking) or flight cancellation (hereinafter referred to as the “Proofs”). As soon as possible, given the short deadlines imposed, the passenger will send the airline his claim with a copy of the supporting documents and will keep the originals.

6.3. Pre-trip and return transport
If you are organizing your own pre- and post-trip services (transport, hotel, etc.) to the place where the trip begins and to your home on your return, we recommend that you

purchase services (travel tickets, etc.) that can be modified and/or reimbursed, and allow sufficient time for transfers between airports/railways stations. In the event of a case of force majeure, an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party or the traveler’s own fault that modifies the services of your AV trip and implies changes to the above services, AV will not reimburse the costs incurred.

7 – PRICES
7.1. Accompanied tours
The applicable prices are those available on the website for your tour. The price per tour and per passenger is based on the minimum number of participants specified in the tour offer.

. For a lower number of participants, the technical conditions for carrying out the trip are different and may lead us, in order to guarantee the departure or due to special circumstances (expeditions, exceptional trips) specified in our offer, to invoice you an additional “small group” price no later than 21 days before the departure date of the trip, it being specified that AV will reimburse you if additional registrations complete the tour.

7.2. All other trips
We give you an indication of the budget for a trip without transport, so that you can personalize your trip by choosing the dates, services and mode of transport. The price of

travel will be the one mentioned on your personal quote issued by AV, with a validity date.
7.3. All AV trips
On registration, the price of the trip is firm, definitive and payable in euros. However, in accordance with the law, up to 30 days prior to departure, we may make adjustments upwards or downwards, as soon as

if they are not significant, with no possibility of cancellation free of charge on your part, for the following two reasons 1. variations in the cost of transport, linked in particular to the cost of fuel, and/or 2. changes in fees and taxes relating to services provided, such as landing, embarkation and disembarkation taxes at ports and airports. AV will invoice you for the full additional cost. Your refusal to pay this price adjustment will be considered as a cancellation. If one or more travellers registered on the same booking form cancel(s), the trip may be maintained as long as the participants have paid AV, prior to departure, for any additional costs for services that have had to be modified due to the cancellation of the traveller(s). All

refusal on the part of the remaining traveller(s) to pay this adjustment will be considered as a cancellation on the part of the traveller(s) concerned, with application of the scale in article 4.

8 – SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OUR TRIPS
8.1. We do not know the exact flight times at the time of publication of our travel offer (brochures and website). Consequently, as a precaution, AV considers that the first and second

The last day of the trip is entirely devoted to transport, even though these days may include travel services (accommodation, meals, sightseeing…).
8.2. The only services considered contractual are those mentioned on the data sheet available when you register with Alizoa Voyages or on the website www.

alizoavoyaages.com. All our trips (unless otherwise stated) are based on double occupancy. Where possible, Terres d’Aventure can arrange a single room for you, at an additional cost. 8.3. If you wish to leave before the departure date of your planned trip, return later or leave from your home town, this is possible. AV can offer you these
made-to-measure fittings. This service will be billed at €60 per passenger, excluding ticket surcharges.
9 – GROUP SIZE – MINORS
9.1. Unless otherwise stipulated, the maximum group size for our trips is 30 people. However, the maximum number of participants may be exceeded by one if the last participant

who registers wishes to travel with another person. Our services will remain unchanged and the conditions of your trip will remain the same. Exceptionally, we may have to cancel a departure if the minimum number of participants is not reached. You will be notified of this decision no later than 21 days before the initially scheduled departure date. An alternative solution may be proposed to you. If the proposed alternatives do not suit you, your payments will be returned in full, without further compensation. All expenses incurred by you remain your responsibility (purchase of province/Paris tickets, hotel, travel equipment, etc.).

9.2.AV accepts travelers who have reached the age of 18. Applications for minors who will be travelling unaccompanied by their parents or guardians, and subject to AV’s prior agreement, must be signed by the father, mother or legal guardian and marked “agreement of father, mother or guardian”. Before setting off on their trip, travelers under the age of 18 must be in possession of the identity or police documents required for travel abroad, as well as an authorization to leave mainland France. For minors traveling with a parent, guardian or other adult, please ensure that you have the necessary documents for the accompanying minor (family record book and national identity card or passport and, if applicable, authorization to leave the country). Underage travelers must also carry their parents’ contact details (name, address and telephone number) at all times during the trip, so that they can establish direct contact with them.

Delay(s) caused by any of the aforementioned events, as well as any resulting changes to the itinerary/program, will not entitle AV to any compensation whatsoever, in particular due to a change in the originally planned duration of the trip or a delay at a stopover. Any additional costs incurred as a result of a disruption (taxes, hotel, parking, ticket redemption, etc.) will be charged to the passenger. – Cancellation due to circumstances beyond one’s control and/or for reasons relating to the safety of travellers and/or by order of an administrative authority.
